The latest, our new NEO BT PRO, brings a great technological revolution in the form of its Bluetooth connection.
This comes into its own fully with the release, after three years of work and development, of our connected app.
It has been available since September 2022 on the App Store and Play Store and is the result of a successful collaboration with our athletes and our community of testers.

As you might have guessed, this new app has another new feature. It has been designed for use with our new connected device: the NEO BT PRO.
So, for example, using the app, you can configure your NEO BT PRO directly from your smartphone. The configuration includes, for example, choosing the distance for the fine search and the standby mode time.

Intuitive, quick and easy to use, setting up your device becomes child's play.
Which not only makes it configurable: training sessions on searching for avalanche victims are also available. The app offers different training scenarios to help you act more effectively in real situations. Finally, other services are available, including the BRA (the avalanche risk assessment bulletin) and the diagnostic service that checks your device is working properly.
In short, the app has all you need to support you in your mountain activities !
Updates and diagnostics for the NEO BT PRO can now be carried out directly via the app. So you can regularly test to be sure your device is functioning correctly and find out when your device needs a check.
The app is not just for NEO BT PRO owners! Before each outing, you can find and consult your favourite Avalanche Risk Assessment Bulletins in just a few seconds from within the application.
We are currently working on the development of these bulletins by country. The areas currently available are: France (Météo France) and Switzerland (SLF)

After the theory, it's time to practice! Our « Search » section provides you with a variety of scenarios to train you to search for an avalanche victim under real conditions, regardless of your avalanche transceiver.
The « Group Check » function is an important safety feature, ensuring that all transceivers in a group are in transmit mode before each outing.
This is why the application offers training on how to use the « Group Check », it is fun and quick to do.
This section contains simple diagrams and texts to help you master this essential feature of your device.
The « Check list » tool offers you a complete list for a successful ski outing so that you don't forget anything when you prepare for a ski trip. Clothing, equipment, weather conditions : just tick the boxes to ensure everything is ready !
By registering your ARVA products (transceiver and airbag backpacks) in the application, you extend their 3-year warranty. A significant benefit and a convincing reason to use the application !
